DTG TEX

The DTGTEX ink is a specially formulated water-based pigment ink that is heat set with a heat press or tunnel dryer. It is available in 250ml, 500ml and 1 litre containers and is suitable for use with ALL coloured 100% cotton and cotton/poly blend fabrics. With DTGTEX you can print direct to fabrics. All without the need for pre-treatment or coatings for light-coloured garments and a simple pre-treatment for darker garments that creates stunning white ink prints and all-natural fibres are easily decorated with vibrant wash-resistant colours. There are many applications for DTGTEX inks. Besides T-Shirts, it can print on ladies' tops, men’s polo shirts, tote bags, aprons, towels, caps and bibs.

DTG Cleaning Kit

Essential DTG Cleaning Kit, All the tools needed to keep your machine inperfect condition!
1 litre of Cleaning Solution.
One pack of 25 Swabs (to assist with cleaning the capping station and those other areas difficult to access.)
One pack of 150 Lint Free Dry wipes
One pack of 135 Alcohol Print Head Wipes.
A Syringe (for removing ink from the waste ink tank and for removing ink from the ink tubes during longer shut down periods.)

DTG Teflon Sheets

DTG Teflon Sheets are a reusable heat press material that you can insert between the printed image and the upper jaw of the heat press. It is used to prevent contamination of the heat press and destruction of the image. Compared to standard baking paper also often used for this application, DTG Teflon sheets will produce a higher gloss finish than the printed image that is produced by alternative heat resistant material sheets.

The Wagner 550 Spray gun

The Wagner 550 Spray Gun is the industry standard for the manual application of pretreatment solution. It produces a fine spray to obtain a smooth even coating of pretreatment solution onto dark and coloured garments. Easily disassembled for fast cleaning the Wagner 550 is simple to operate and has a one year guarantee for industrial applications from DTG.

Transfer Paper

Transfer Paper is a specially manufactured and exclusively available paper from DTG is available for use with a heat press. It is supplied with a white base that makes it suitable to transferring images onto both white and dark garments.

The result of transferring the image from the DTG transfer paper is a very flat super smooth image. DTG transfer paper is suitable for use with polyester garments, which is an opportunity to attract new customers to the traditional DTG direct printing of cotton and cotton blend fabrics. DTG Transfer Paper is supplied in 17 60 rolls.
