Become A DTG Digital Distributor
Authorised DTG Digital Distributors are appointed by Impression Technology Europe (ITE), to do local sales promotions, undertake installations and offer technical support for existing and potential DTG customers.
European dealers are expected to make an appropriate investment in training, at least one demonstration machine, inks, consumable items and spare parts to support the level of business in their territory.
The distributor’s demonstration unit must be operational at their location and dealers are required to actively market and sell DTG products. Distributors are expected to promote the DTG range on their own website and in print. ITE will send the dealer support marketing/sales material and leads it receives for their territory from exhibitions, the website or from any other quarter.
ITE offers free technical and sales training at its offices in the UK, to all authorised European distributors or their representatives. Technical training should normally take no more than three full days. DTG Distributors are required to receive this training within three months of appointment.
All authorised European distributors need to sign a “Terms and Conditions for International Distributors of DTG Contract” to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of all parties.
